B. Generated Summaries: The AI-generated audio summaries created specifically for you are considered content provided to you under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal, non-commercial use only.

C. Book Copyright (Important Disclaimer): The Service operates under the principle of providing educational and informational summaries of publicly available book titles, akin to critical reviews or brief educational material. Summaia does not claim to own the underlying intellectual property (the full text, core narratives, or ideas) of the original source books.

D. Prohibited Use of Generated Summaries: You may not:

• Redistribute, sell, lease, or commercially exploit the generated summaries.

• Use the generated summaries to create a competitive product or service.

• Claim authorship or copyright over the generated summaries.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Infringement: Using the Service to generate summaries of material you know to be highly restricted or illegally obtained.

• Misuse of AI: Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise discover the source code of the AI models.

• Harmful Use: Using the Service in any way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

• System Interference: Interfering with the proper working of the Service, including introducing viruses, worms, or other harmful code.

• The content generated by the AI will be 100% accurate, complete, or reliable.

• The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Summaia, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, this service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Summaia and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service, including any data or content transmitted or received by you; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right, privacy right or book copyright.
