At Summaia, we respect your privacy and your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your account and remove all associated data from our servers, please follow the instructions below.
How to Delete Your Data (Primary Methods)
To permanently delete your account and data, please use one of the following two methods:
Option 1: via the Summaia App
Open the Summaia app on your device.
Navigate to Settings (or your Profile).
Tap on the Delete Account button.
Confirm your choice to initiate immediate deletion.
Option 2: via Email Request (Web Method) If you no longer have the app installed or cannot access it, you may request deletion via email:
Send an email to support@summaia.com.
Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
Please include your registered email address or username so we can locate your account.
We will process your request and permanently delete your data within 10 business days.
Managing Third-Party Login Access
If you use Facebook, Google, or Apple to sign in, you may also wish to revoke Summaia's permission to access your social account info.
Note: Removing these permissions disconnects the login but does not automatically delete your history from our servers. Please use the Email or In-App method above to ensure full data deletion.
Facebook Login
Go to your Facebook Account's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
Scroll down to Apps and Websites.
Find and click on Summaia.
Click the Remove button.
Google Sign-In
Go to your Google Account (myaccount.google.com).
Select Data & privacy from the menu.
Scroll to "Data from apps and services you use" and select Third-party apps with account access.
Select Summaia and click Remove Access.
Sign in with Apple
On your iPhone, go to Settings > [Your Name].
Tap Password & Security > Apps Using Apple ID.
Select Summaia.
Tap Stop Using Apple ID.
